French translation fixes

Here are some screenshots showing poorly translated (to french) sections of LORIS

Navigateur Génomique?

Biobanque

"Bienvenue, Admin account!" should maybe be "Bienvenue, compte Admin!" instead
and Loris website at the bottom could be "Site Web Loris"

Centre de coordination de données?

Should the contents of the tables be translated?

Same for Notifications section of User preferences


Seems to be missing a translation

Biospecimen module is not translated
Statistics module under Reports tab is not translated

Not sure how to reference these so I'll number them:

1. Is it the "New" and "(Beta)" part you're talking about or the wording of the rest of the menu?
2. Genomic Browser isn't translated yet.
3. "Admin account" is the user's name. (ie. First name "Admin" last name "account"). This seems to be a common confusion so maybe we should change the default user's name in Raisinbread?
4. Data from the database isn't translated yet (ie. Site name / Project name)
5. It probably should be but translating database content is the next phase.
6. Help isn't translated yet. Is "My Preferences" translated properly in the menu (ie. the submenu when you hover over "Admin account")?
7. Biospecimens module was merged just after you created this ticket. Can you check again? Correct about Statistics is not yet being translated, only the parts that are used on the dashboard widgets.

Module manager:

1. module names: sometimes still in english. e.g. Acknowledgements, Candidate Parameters.

2. Modal, valid but might be better:

I would change the text to:

Statut du module {$module_name} mis à jour! Pour appliquer les modifications, l'interface doit être rechargée.
Option 1: Recharger la page actuelle.
Option 2: Continuer sans recharger.

3. table and filters, valid but might be better. I would make a change on name/full name to nom du module/titre instead.

Datadict module: legacy module, so it will depend on instruments, and other references sent to the parameter_type table.

1. Presentation differences between the table content and the filter.

It does not affect the searching, meaning modified = modifié.

2. there is a shifting in the head table: I guess the first two cells "âge dérivé/âge DPA" correspond to "2y/2m"

Metafields are just not translated i.e. Validity, Administration, Data entry, which correspond to the left side panel in instrument view:
