Summary
Create a shared helper for consistent creator-name truncation across cards, rows, and timeline elements.

Scope

• add truncation helper with predictable max-length behavior
• use helper in at least two repeated UI surfaces
• keep ellipsis behavior consistent across breakpoints

Acceptance Criteria

• creator name truncation is consistent in targeted components
• helper is reusable and covered by lightweight unit tests (if test setup exists)
• no visual regressions for short names
