Relative uris replaced with LESS files

Is that normal that relative urls in LESS files are replaced with absolute versions, including theme path & base domain ? I've got a CDN domain set up to serve my static files (including this one generated on the WP side) and the absolute path in the generated CSS does not fit anymore

I don't know if correctly understood your issue. What problem does AssetsMinify implies to your wp installation?
Can you also write down the url of the included assets that generate the issue?
