Register the sass extension on https://pecl.php.net

I use phpbrew to manage my local PHP versions and it works well together with pecl.php.net.
However it is not difficult to compile the sass PHP extension from source but it would be much easier to run the following command in the terminal:
phpbrew extension install sass

And the sass extension might get a little more popularity in the PHP word if it is available on pecl.php.net.
