Add a binary only release (zip file)

I'd like to request a binary only release zip file instead of just an msi file.

In this way, we can download the zip, extract the binaries to a specific folder, and then reference them without having to install anything.

We would check-in the binaries into our source code version control server instead of an msi file, for example.

And so in this way, another developer can get the latest code and he/she would be able to build, also without having to install anything.

Lastly, in this way, the CI build agent doesn't have to have anything installed as well.
