“In On My Command” items now in “Top Level”

Items in the “In On My Command” location in OMCEdit are now merged into the “Top Level” location.

As a workaround, I created a new folder named “omc” and moved items there in OMCEdit. The changes seem backward compatible to a Mac I hadn’t upgraded.
