Steps to run:
- Make sure docker is installed in your system
- Clone the repository
- Inside NotifyByMail.ts, user the proper from adderss and proper authentication credentials
- Use docker-compose file to run the application
- use localhost:3000 to access the appliaction in the browser
- use District no. and your email address to register for the application
