[Enhancement] Interpolation for bad sectors #56
Description
Add support for audio interpolation of bad sectors. This is present on Audio CD players as a whole, to the point where at least one copy protection (SafeAudio) is known to rely on intentionally manufacturing a disc with bad sectors so that a digital copy would have audio issues. An Audio CD player would simply interpolate the sectors with, in theory, no significant degradation in audio quality.
