With 2 servo's we can build a very simple directional pointer, that we can position anywhere on the table.

By positioning the 'turret' above the table pointing down onto the baize, we should be able to shine the laser (turning it on and off) to reach all areas of the table. We are not using the laser to read the table, but to communicate back to the players where they should position balls, or even the line they should use to make a given shot.
