Contributor License Agreement

Thank you for your interest in contributing to NETConnect ("the Project"). This Contributor License Agreement ("Agreement") documents the rights granted by contributors to the Project.

1. Definitions

  • "You" means the individual or entity submitting contributions.
  • "Contribution" means any code, documentation, or other material you submit.
  • "Project" means NETConnect, owned and maintained by Zorian1337.

2. Grant of Rights

2.1 Copyright License

You grant the Project a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Use, modify, and distribute your Contribution
  • Sublicense these rights under multiple licenses (including commercial licenses)
  • Incorporate your Contribution into the Project

2.2 Patent License

You grant a patent license for any patents you own that cover your Contribution.

3. Your Representations

You represent that:

  • You own your Contribution or have rights to submit it
  • Your Contribution does not infringe anyone else's rights
  • You have the authority to enter this Agreement

4. Commercial Licensing

You acknowledge that the Project may offer commercial licenses to third parties. You agree that revenue generated from commercial licenses may be shared with contributors according to the Project's revenue sharing policy.

5. Signature

By submitting a pull request to this repository, you agree to the terms above. To complete the signing process, you must comment on your pull request with the following exact phrase:

I have read the CLA Document and I hereby sign the CLA
