Error in .get_sample_groups #2
Description
I am trying to use Met4DX on my data from Waters VION-IMS-QTOF instrument. The data is converted from .raw to .mzML by MSConverter and I have tried to use example script your provided from mzML-format.
When I try the script with the provided demo-data everything works perfectly. However, when I try to use it for my own mzML-files, I get the following error:
As far as I can see, there should not be any difference in the file-format between the demo-.mzML files and my own files.
Do you know how one could resolve the Error?
