It connects; actions are working but simulator screen is black

My Device:
Infinix Hot 50i (infinix X6531B)
CPU: Helio G81
Android version: 14

When I connect the USB cord, it identifies the device and connects, but I don't get any visuals (it's just blank). Although, I notice that all the commands (home, back buttons, etc.) work.

Also, I toggled the mode; it was the same experience.
I have attached a screen recording to show my claims.

Unfortunately, I have the same experience. I wanted to drop a screenshot of the settings page to show that I have the recommended version. But it seems you didn't add a version tag to the software.
