Summary:
Reworked the repo into a layered Codex CLI guidance setup: the existing root guide now stays repo-wide, and the frontend/backend rules live in local files where they belong. I created nested guides only for the two substantial work surfaces that have their own tooling and conventions.

Changes:

• AGENTS.md: updated the existing root guide to remove generic doctrine, keep only repository-wide architecture/workflow guidance, and ground commands and caveats in the actual repo files
• frontend/AGENTS.md: created a local guide for SvelteKit/Cloudflare conventions, PUBLIC_API_URL usage, the local ESLint trigger rule, and frontend checks
• backend-go/AGENTS.md: created a local guide for Fiber/GORM/workers, schema and migration source-of-truth rules, Fansly client usage, and backend checks
• Skipped nested files for frontend/eslint-plugin-local, backend-go/models, backend-go/workers, and .github because they do not have enough standalone workflow/runtime complexity to justify another layer beyond the nearest project guide
• Unresolved repo uncertainty: none for the AGENTS content itself; all included commands and referenced paths were verified against the repository

Tests:

• cd frontend && node -e "...scripts...": verified pnpm check, pnpm lint, and pnpm format exist in frontend/package.json

• cd frontend && pnpm check: failed on pre-existing frontend issues, including missing $env/static/public.PUBLIC_API_URL exports and existing Svelte warnings in UI/routes; no AGENTS-file errors were involved
• cd frontend && pnpm lint: passed
• cd frontend && pnpm format: passed
• cd backend-go && go fmt ./...: passed
• cd backend-go && go vet ./...: passed
• mcp__codescene__pre_commit_code_health_safeguard: ran and reported no findings
• mcp__codescene__analyze_change_set with base origin/main: ran and reported no findings

Open Questions/Blockers:

• frontend/package.json checks are not fully green because pnpm check already fails in the existing frontend codebase on PUBLIC_API_URL typing and several Svelte warnings unrelated to this AGENTS task
