How do you set text cursor color

Can't see the cursor (blinking or otherwise) and thus the location is unknown.

No idea why you wouldn't be able to see the cursor, can you show a screenshot?

For one, when switching from dark mode to light ... but I suspect other themes might have similar issues (see attached screen shots)
