Epic: Phase 2 Architecture

The current WebSocket + DO architecture is for 'Cloud MIDI' symbol exchange only. To allow humans to transmit actual voice or live instrument audio, we need to investigate WebRTC data channels and peer discovery.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Spike document assessing WebRTC viability alongside the current DO star topology.
• Proof of concept for browser-to-browser voice transmission.
