With Prusa MMU2S only 4 of 5 Extruders are available

Hi,

I'm desperately looking for a solution to select extruder 5 from octoscreen.
At my installation only 1, 2, 3, and 4 are selectable.

At the moment, OctoScreen only support up to 4 toolheads.

I added support for the 5th hotend/extruder in 2.8.0.
(I will be releasing a beta sometime soon)

Note that printers with 5 hotends (and not a shared hotend), they will get 5/5 hotend buttons in the idle panel, but due to screen realestate limitations will only see 4/5 hotend buttons in the print panel.
