setImmediate() causes GC performance issue (need help)

Problem

The MessageEvent did not get reused after the event ends, causing delay in Minor GC.

Workarounds

This is probably caused by v8 so there are no possible workarounds.

I tried to fix but it seems not helpful so I am closing PR and waiting for a better idea.
