Unable to Start Apartment Heist, Stuck at Fleeca Job Finale Replays

I am unable to start or progress the Apartment Heists. I cannot complete the Apartment Heist to earn the 12 million reward. Every time I try to continue, the game keeps sending me back to the Fleeca Job finale again and again instead of moving on to the next heist.

Because of this issue, I am stuck and cannot access or complete the full Apartment Heist storyline.

I would also like to suggest adding a feature similar to the Doomsday Heist, where players can select or replay specific heist setups or finales. This would help avoid getting stuck due to bugs like this and improve the overall experience.
