Hi,
I am using a commercial kit to do eCLIP rather than your standard paired-end barcodes..
Here is the library structure: the first ten bases are UMI and have no inline barcode to do pooling before SDS-PAGE in read1. How can I adjust the barcode setting to use your pipeline?
