NodeJS 9.0 support

I've fixed NodeJS 9.0 support for FFI, cleaned up the docs, the inconsistent node-cue-sdk and cue-sdk-node naming.

It's available at https://github.com/corsair-sdk/node and https://www.npmjs.com/package/corsair-sdk.

@Yannicked if you still want to maintain this library, feel free to let me know and I can merge the changes / transfer org ownership to you, but this repo looked unmaintained

Hey, @samdenty @Yannicked check out this repo https://github.com/intrueder/cue-sdk , it does not use FFI at all, and can be used with latest Node and Electron engines. Feel free to use it in your projects
