Critical Fixes

1. Fix Circular Import Issues

   • Problem: Agents import from instagram_automation_tool which itself imports the agents
   • Fix: Create a separate agent_base.py module with base classes and import it in both places
   • Files to modify: All agent files and main tool class
   • Priority: HIGH

2. Complete InstagramAutomationTool.run() Implementation

   • Problem: The run() method in the main class is incomplete - just prints status
   • Fix: Implement proper main loop with command handling, scheduled task execution
   • Files to modify: instagram_automation_tool_improved.py
   • Priority: HIGH

3. Resolve Agency-Swarm Dependency

   • Problem: Currently using a mock implementation which provides minimal functionality
   • Fix: Either enhance the mock implementation or provide clear instructions for real agency-swarm
   • Files to modify: create_mock_agency_swarm.py
   • Priority: MEDIUM

4. Implement Error Handling for API Calls

   • Problem: Browser manager and other agents lack proper exception handling for API calls
   • Fix: Add try/except blocks with proper error messages and recovery mechanisms
   • Files to modify: All agent implementations, particularly browser_manager.py
   • Priority: HIGH

Functionality Completion

1. Complete BrowserManagerAgent Integration with AdsPower

   • Task: Implement actual API calls to AdsPower instead of simulated responses
   • Files to modify: browser_manager.py
   • Priority: MEDIUM

2. Complete InstagramAccount Verification Flow

   • Task: Implement actual verification using email/phone services
   • Files to modify: account_manager.py
   • Priority: MEDIUM

3. Complete Campaign Execution

   • Task: Implement actual campaign execution flow with proper targeting and scheduling
   • Files to modify: messaging_agent.py
   • Priority: MEDIUM

4. Complete CupidBot Integration

   • Task: Implement actual CupidBot plugin integration for AI conversations
   • Files to modify: messaging_agent.py, browser_manager.py
   • Priority: LOW (can be deferred for MVP)

1. Create Comprehensive API Documentation

   • Task: Document all classes, methods, and parameters
   • Output: Create API.md file
   • Priority: MEDIUM

2. Create User Guide

   • Task: Write step-by-step instructions for common operations
   • Output: Create USER_GUIDE.md file
   • Priority: MEDIUM

3. Create Installation Guide

   • Task: Provide detailed installation instructions for different environments
   • Output: Update README.md and create INSTALLATION.md
