Refactoring middleman requests to support updated RemoteListener.cs (control room side) #62

Overview
The current implementation of RemoteListener on the control room has some bugs in it we are still working through understanding, and which need to be resolved in order to have manual control work the way intended.
The work here is to correct the way we format data in the request to meet the new parameters set by RemoteListener.cs. This will most likely be a small - to no change at all, depending on the severity of the work we uncover.
