Are you sure you have installed python 3 and it is in your PATH?

I guess it is due to my muti-version python intepreters, so the proper path this extension can not fit. But still wondering how I should set it.

Seems to need to set the path to the python.exe example：
C:\Users\name\.pyenv\pyenv-win\versions\3.7.4\python.exe
