Add Code of Conduct

I noticed the repository currently doesn’t have a CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file.

Adding a Code of Conduct helps:

• Set clear expectations for respectful communication
• Make the project more welcoming to new contributors
• Foster a positive and inclusive community

I’m participating in SWoC 2026 and would love to contribute this improvement. If you’re open to it, I’d be happy to open a Pull Request with a Code of Conduct based on your preference (e.g.using a standard like the Contributor Covenant, if that works for you).
