Error in heading when printing en_tn_condensed by itself #215

From Susan Quigley, in regards to creating a DOCX containing only en_tn_condensed:
The headers for the Condensed Notes say "Error! No text of specified style in document." Chapter numbers would be a great header. (But a look at the headers in the regular Translation Notes and in documents with multiple resources shows that this is probably a complex issue.)
