non unique gene_id #4

Hello, thanks for a great tool, everything works fine except there's non unique gene_id's appearing in distilled file. It appears to be due to enzyme substrate unspecificity, e.g. "D00001,K26178" is participating iin metabolism of both flavonols and flavones. Could these genes be merged or should they be threated as two separate ?
