Describe the bug
When first launching the app, there is an indicator on the bottom right of the window showing that it's attempting to download an update. After a few seconds, the app will show the error dialog on the bottom-center of the window.
To Reproduce
See above. Fresh launch of app, or manually click the "Check for updates..." button on the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Expected behavior
Updates checked, and downloaded/installed when available, or a statement saying something along the lines of "Up to date" appear.
