• Turn the Subcellular free text into autocomplete from GOCC

• rearrange tab 4 for Anatomy, LS, SCL: have autocomplete for term, followed by drop down positively, negatively, does not regulate, to avoid contradicting annotations results. Only one regulation event should be recorded per annotation.

I just saw this, you don't want any changes yet, do you ? I don't see the Subcellular field, and don't follow what you mean by the second one (what goes with what)
