Add unit tests for CWL

It would be useful to have uni-tests for the conversions. I am happy to do this for the Galaxy component

Cool. What kind of of infrastructure did you think of using?
Travis? CircleCI? I think it would not matter as the tests probably won't be very computationally expensive and in the beginning don't need to be tested on all platforms. Pick the one you like best.
If you need something specific I can offer a Jenkins setup but I think it won't be necessary.

I think so. At least we have a good start for testing.
