Create a DataViews-powered representation of the media library. This could conceivably be used in a few different places, and be added behind an experiment.

• Could this be added as a view within the Site Editor, similar to how we can access Pages?
• Or, would it be worth adding an experiment to enable this as an entirely different view?
• Similar to other media library tasks, try this out behind an experiment to see how it feels
