New Guide: Leave the Classic and enter the block era.

I’d like to suggest another new guide to help people migrating from classic themes to block themes, to go on with #59 . And because of the nature of WordPress itself, a theme switch can include the need to make changes to the underlying data, like theme- or widget-options.

Let’s start with bundling existing information from within the WordPress network like:

• Migrating classic, legacy widgets to blocks
• Moving sites is a long and nice written doc, that just needs some more attention
• Importing widget areas from a classic theme to a block theme
• How to switch from a classic to a block theme

And for sure there is even more, we just need to find and bundle it nicely.

The issue title is weird, I know, but I can’t find any sense-making title, so I took that one.
