One of the agreements to get #816 approved from the larger Themes Team was that we'd include an accessibility section. At the time, that was meant to be a full chapter. I have no strong opinions on whether this content should be a chapter or a page within existing chapter.

I generally prefer for a chapter to not be a single page because it tends to clutter navigation. I think there are two existing chapters that it could work in (assuming a single page): Core Concepts or Guides (this one is not published yet but can be quickly). Again, no strong opinions on this either.

With the work that Accessibility Team is doing, I'll leave this up to you. Just let me know when you need me for review and getting the content live. I'm happy to help pushing this forward.
