Documentation lacks to mention the 'flaky' command (Python)

I tried to use this tool in the python package version. But, reading the (not so comprehensive) documentation, I did not discover what command should be used from CLI. It turned out to be '**flaky**'. 
The so-called 'full examples' could be extended with this information.
