Java class pattern: `Cannot access data of type that hasn't been placed in memory`

While opening a basic Hello World Java class (or any others), I get
runtime error: Cannot access data of type that hasn't been placed in memory. rendered under Value for every cp_ref

Hey! This is currently a bug in the pattern language evaluator which is especially noticeable with the Java Class pattern.
I've started working on rewriting part of that evaluator which will ultimately fix this issue but it's not quite ready yet at this point
