Account usage window shows inverted values for 5h period (used% vs remaining%)

Bug Description

The 5-hour usage window displays inverted values compared to what OpenAI actually reports.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add an OpenAI Codex Plus account via OAuth
2. View the account's usage window in the account management page

Expected vs Actual

Window	OpenAI App (actual remaining)	Sub2API display
5h	6% remaining	Shows 6% (used) ← inverted
7d	7% remaining → 93% used	Shows 93% (used) ← correct

The 7-day window is correct. The 5-hour window appears to have the used/remaining values
swapped.

• Account type: OpenAI / Codex Plus / OAuth
