Uninformative "ignore nt XXX: BG=1" when using old shapemapper versions #5
Description
For some older versions of shapemapper2 (specifically shapemapper2.1.3), the parsed mutation file has the wrong format and will not be interpreted correctly by ringmapper. This shows up as all nts being ignored due to high BG rates. I added a message in the README making clear the dependency, but a more informative error message should be added (i.e. an internal check that out strings files have the right format).
