Angles without even spacing

In the limit angle case where we only take a wedge of angles and not an even selection? Is there options for this?

Similarly, golden angle ratios are popular choices for acquisition angles

This would be a lovely feature to add, but I think it's surprisingly difficult to implement from the user-interface perspective. Right now the best way to do limited-angle with WebCT is to export as a python file and manually remove some projections post-generation. The GVXR API we're using does the full circular scan with no options for limited angles.

On the other hand, while we do have a niquist slider to change the number of projections based on detector width, I could implement a box to change the angular step directly and workout the number of projections from that? (with some options for ratios)
