Add a new column to features page

I've made wasm-language-tools which is a language server for WebAssembly Text Format. Can I submit a PR that updates the features JSON for adding wasm-language-tools to Feature Status page?

I think this would be fine, especially since #498 will introduce a dedicated "Tools" section. Any objections from anyone else?
