wrong icon size for default icon

Hi,

recently, for plugins that don't have an icon, WCM displays a default one which the the Wayfire logo. However, I noticed that these default icons end up being a bit too large. This is especially noticeable as the text labels are not aligned anymore:

It would be nice to ensure that all icons have the same size.

Let me know if I should provide some more information.

This is strange, because Gtk::ICON_SIZE_DND seems to work out to be the same size as the other icons here. Maybe this has something to do with theme or gtk css?

Yes, it is weird. I've tried with setting XDG_CONFIG_HOME to an empty directory, but I get the same thing. Also, Gtk::ICON_SIZE_DND seems to be 32x32 as expected:

However, the default icon in WCM still gets rendered larger, likely as 48x48 (while the plugin icons are 32x32).
