scale.interact functionality is missing?

Describe the bug
The wiki says that scale.interact lets you interact with windows while they are scaled, but the code never actually uses that setting anywhere. If this is deprecated, it might be better to remove that from the wiki to avoid confusion

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable scale plugin
2. Add this to config

[scale]
toggle = <super> KEY_P
interact = true

3. Enter scale mode and try to interact
4. It just exits scale mode

Expected behavior
It should interact with the window like the wiki says.

Yes, the functionality has been removed a long time ago. Feel free to remove it from the wiki, everyone can edit it ;)
