Better feedback emails

Can we have:

1. where they were. e.g., what page, what statement, etc.
2. who they are. e.g. session ID or email (I know email will basically never be possible)
3. stretch goal, a link in the email that directly creates an issue out of it.

So something like:

Feedback:
their answer on a new line

Context: where they were e.g. "Demographics page 1", or "Rating: "
Session: sessionID

Create issue a link to a new issue with just the context and report answer as body
