Add different filtering

• Filter by ID
• Filter by using offset + limit (nb: this is more expensive than filtering by ID)
• Filter by method (to retrieve for example only the networks that can be updated)
• Filter by geolocation (only for iot networks)
• Filter by attribute (also parent and children attributes)

Ording:

• Query from_last (to order in different ordering)
• Order_by (attribute used to order)
