Implement devices with 10 in Rack

This devices were ruled out due to rendering inconsistencies.

An "if statement at "gen_nimble_conf_options.py" is set to filter out all but "6in" devices.

Requirements for enabling devices:
check the 10 in tray design and rendering rules.
check the data COMPLETION at the single source of truth, nocodb,
check the data dimensions ACCURACY.

Please comment and increase the requirements list.

I am not certain, but I think 10 inch rack designs are left for a future project. @ericnitschke will probably know for sure.
