7-feature description about an event for the Deepmod

Hi. Happy new year! Thank you very much for sharing this useful tool.
I would like to know how to fill the base information in the vector [fA, fT, fC, fG], because an event is a k-mer sequence. For example, if the event is 'ATTGC', what will this 4-dim vector look like?

@Flower9618 thank you for being interested in this tool. Please note that the released trained models are not updated with the development of nanopore basecallers, and using released models on basecalled data with guppy or latest albacore will generate meaningless results.

For your question: only the middle base in 5-mer is used for the vector. In your example of "ATTGC", the second T will be used to code the vector.
