Consider timing requirements for multiple vaccinations. The number of vaccines required may change based on whether or not a client was on schedule with previous vaccinations.

I'm thinking this looks like:

• Brainstorming or researching cases where the vaccination schedule will change
• Creating a number of "rules" that will help check for instances of schedule change
• Creating functions to do checks

An example: the early vaccination for measles may not be effective over time. Clients that received the early vaccination have to continue on the regular vaccine schedule anyways.

I expect that the rules produced will be vaccine specific.
