Footer row background color doesnt show on WooCommerce Products Page(66864)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a header and a footer. Add a background color to the header/ footer row using Design Options https://prnt.sc/ypVqqoD49JjV .
2. In Theme Builder > Theme Builder Settings > Header and Footer Settings > Set your Header and Footer (sitewide) set the header and footer created in 1.
3. Create a WooCommerce product, and add some content to the product using the WordPress classic editor.
4. Notice the Product live page, the background color is missing in the footer https://prnt.sc/uZAASwku5dJ5

Expected behavior
Footer row background color should show

Reproducibility: Can be replicated on Localhost.
