Grouping by commandkey for both collapser and circuit breaker causes weirdness #4
Description
In a scenario where you would use both the collapser and the circuit breaker - and also want to group circuit breakers by dependency, it would cause the collapser to collapse call across different apis of the same dependency. Which is not what we want.
