Create an example microservices application without using VSS solution

For further work on VSS, we need to create a more traditional microservices application that will be used to test against our solution.
The result of this task should be treated as a reference point later on.

Requirements

• prepare technical spec
• implementation
• performance tests & test data

We should use standard solutions such as Terraform and Spring.

However, it runs only locally in docker-compose. We should change it to make it deployable in cloud.
Also, I'm not sure if it's not slightly overcomplicated compared to the example using yaga. Probably we should have a 1-to-1 correspondence between examples from a high level perspective (e.g. the services should expose the same endpoints in both variants)
