The lack of context in the query search makes it confusing when selecting classes.
e.g. I can select 'olfactory receptor cell' (from CL) or 'olfactory receptor neuron' (from FBbt) and see different queries, but it is not clear to a user what the difference is.
I don't see the benefit for users in being able to query against non-FBbt classes - especially when they don't know they are doing so.
