Add TableDictsToCsv function as example

@heetbeet you can add your thoughts, but I think we need some examples in this repo on how to use the modules we're importing.

For example how to export a TableDicts object to a CSV file.

@BartJan142 I don't see a TableDictsToCsv sub or similar example in #8 that closes this issue? As a minimum I would expect:

1. A helper function in MiscVba that converts a TableDicts object to a two-dimensional array which can then be used to export to CSV using the z_WsCsvInterface class?
